Jason developed a love for music at a very young age which he never lost. He began on trumpet and piano, and by age twelve bought his first electric guitar and amp. After a few years of playing in a gigging high school band, he decided to attend the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh to study music with an emphasis on the recording technologies. After a few years of college and a little travelling, Jason returned to the Milwaukee area to focus his attention on playing and teaching guitar. He currently works in sales for Guitar Center and he is a guitar instructor at the Guitar for Life Studio in Waukesha, WI, both which allow him to help others reach their musical goals. Aside from Headknocker, Jason also plays in Divyded, an original hard rock/metal band. His past projects include Cheap Rick and DBSM.
